A lifelong resident of the Town of Barton, Kris has been deeply committed to serving her community for decades.  With nearly 30 years of experience running a successful real estate and management business in Barton, she brings valuable business acumen to her role in local government. Her expertise in budgeting, resource management, and personnel oversight has been instrumental in maintaining the Town's fiscal health and operational efficiency.

Kris's public service began in 1996 when she was appointed to the Town's Plan Commission following the resignation of Joe Peters. She served in that role until 2010, when she was appointed to the Town Board as a Supervisor following Russ Prust's resignation.  Since then, she has been re-elected at every election -without opposition- demonstrating the trust and confidence the community places in her leadership.

In July 2020, following the resignation of Chairman Bertram, the Town Board, under the guidance of the Town Attorney, unanimously appointed Kris as Town Chairman. She has since been re-elected Twice, again without opposition, reflecting her strong leadership and dedication to the Town of Barton.

With a steadfast commitment to the community, Kris continues to lead with integrity, ensuring the Town remains a great place to live, work, and grow. 

Supervisor

Mike Dricken (262) 483-2319

A life-long resident, Mike has dedicated himself to serving the Town since 1993 when he was elected as a supervisor. With his appointment to the Planning Commission in 1999 as the Town's Representative, his commitment to public service has only deepened.

Mike continues to actively engage in both roles, leveraging his experience as a commercial properties owner and manager to bring valuable insights to the table. His in-depth understanding and expertise in areas such as zoning regulations, land use policies, and cost control make him a vital asset in shaping the Town's development and growth.

As a Board Supervisor, Mike's leadership and dedication ensure that the Town's best interests are always at the forefront of decision-making processes.

Supervisor

Dan Mueller (262) 689-6087

Dan has been a dedicated public servant since 2004, serving as a member of the Planning Commission before his election as Supervisor in 2009. With a background in the heavy construction industry and equipment/truck repair, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge to the Town Board in planning infrastructure maintenance cost-effectively.

In addition to his role as Supervisor, Dan also serves as the Chief of the Boltonville Volunteer Fire Department, demonstrating his commitment to public safety. His expertise in navigating the Fire/EMS regulatory landscape has been instrumental in managing the Town's service contracts in this area, ensuring the community's safety and well-being are a top priority. Dan's leadership and experience continue to benefit the Town in various critical areas.

Supervisor

Bill Russell (262) 208-8540

Bill was appointed to the Board of Supervisors in 2020 and has been subsequently elected to that position. Prior to serving on the Board, Bill was on the Planning Commission from 2010 to 2020.

As a long-time resident of the Town, Bill has been a prolific developer and home builder in Washington County for many years. His experience in the industry has provided valuable insight helping to shape the future growth and development of our community.

Bill's dedication to his role on the Board of Supervisors and his commitment to serving our community make him a valuable asset to our town. 

Supervisor

Clayton Eggie (414) 755-9025

Clay has been a resident of the Town for eight years, and during this time, he has shown a strong interest in Town business and its operation.

In 2022, Clay was elected to the Board of Supervisors to fill an open position, and he also serves as an alternate on the Planning Commission. He has been involved in several infrastructure projects that have greatly improved Town building internet connectivity, security, and DPW improvements.

With a career in the Aviation industry, Clay brings a wealth of experience in facility management, safety, and business management. This unique perspective will provide the Board with valuable insights into addressing Town business challenges.
