NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT

 

 

 

                NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the Town of Barton at the Barton Town Hall located at 3482 Town Hall Road at 7:05 p.m. on Monday, the 4^th day of May 2026 to consider the application of Matthew McCoy for a Special Use Permit under the Town of Barton Zoning Ordinance.

 

            This hearing is to allow the applicant to operate a “day care facility” under Chapter 500, Part 10, Article XXXI, Table 5, SIC#8351, which is considered a Special Use in the Neighborhood Hamlet Business District on the property described as:

 

            Tax Key Number T02-0001400C, Part of the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ of section 1 Town 11 north, Range 19 east in the town of Barton further described in document 1557623.

 

The property is more generally known as 7091 State Hwy 144 N. West Bend, WI
