NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

 

                NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the Town of Barton at the Barton Town Hall located at 3482 Town Hall Road at 7:20 p.m. on the 4^{th t} day of May, 20261 to consider the application of Todd Wolf for the granting of a Special Use permit under the Town of Barton Zoning Ordinance, Section 500-71 and Table 4

 

            The applicant seeks approval for the creation of a bonus lot as part of a proposed CSM that includes all or a portion of Tax key T2-0335

 

Part of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼  of section 28, Town 12 North, Range 19 East Town of Barton as described in document 1619199 Excluding CSM 472

 

The property is more generally known as 8018 Town Hall Rd.

 

The legal description and proposed Certified Survey Map of the property can be viewed at the town hall.
