Official Notice to Contractors

 

Notice is hereby given by the undersigned that bids will be received in the office of the Town Clerk, Eden Luedtke, 3482 Town Hall Rd., Kewaskum, WI 53040 either by mail or in person, by appointment (phone number 262-334-2765), until 7:30 P.M., Monday, May 18th, 2025 (Drop box in front of building can be used).

 

 

Crack fill ONLY:

The scope of work route new crack minimum ¾” wide by ¾” deep, clean new and old cracks of loose material, vegetation and other debris using compressed air, fill new and old cracks using hot pour rubberized crack filler per Stat of Wisconsin ATSM 3405 K.

 

1. Wildwood from Forest View Dr to Hwy D.
2. Mount Pleasant Heights
3. Highland Drive from Hwy D to Ridge Road

 

­Double Chip Seal ONLY:

The scope of work clean existing pavement, Black slag to granite meeting or exceeding State Specifications AASHTO, furnish, load, haul and place cover aggregate, and compact with roller (*Excess cover to be swept within 7-10 days of application).

 

1. Kettle View Drive from Schuster Dr. North 500 ft.

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, or to accept such bid or bids as will, in their opinion, be most advantageous to the Town of Barton.
