Official Notice to Contractors
Notice is hereby given by the undersigned that sealed bids will be received in the office of the Town Clerk, Eden Luedtke,
3482 Town Hall Rd., Kewaskum, WI 53040 either by mail or in person, by appointment (phone number 262-334-2765),
until 7:30 P.M., Monday, Feburary 16th, 2026 (Drop box in front of building can be used).
Services will include providing adequate materials, labor, traffic control and equipment to perform asphalt removal/
patching, chip seal, and crack filling in various locations throughout the Town of Barton as directed by the Town Board.
Separate bids shall be issued for each of the following:
Project 1: Hickory Hill Drive
Asphalt removal/patching (no undercuts. Asphalt removal/undercutting/patching. Wedge/2.25" Overlay
Project 2: Mt. Pleasant Rd
Chip seal from Schuster Drive North to the dead end.
Project 3: Mt. Pleasant Drive
Chip Seal
Project 4: Canyon Drive
Chip Seal
Project 5: Crackfilling
Wildwood Road from Albecher Park to Town Hall Rd
Highland Drive from Hwy D to Ridge Road
Sealed proposals delivered or mailed to the Town Office are due Monday, February 16th, 2026 by 7:30 pm, at which time,
they will be publicly opened. Proposals should also include a copy of the contractors General Liability Insurance.

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, or to accept such bid
or bids as will, in their opinion, be most advantageous to the Town of Barton.
